Driving Information

425 County Road 50, Winter Park, CO - From Vance Brand Airport: Depart airport going south on Airport Road/CR-25 and continue for 2.7 miles. Turn right onto CO-119 South/Diagonal Highway and continue for 7.6 miles. CO-119 South/Diagonal Highway becomes Foothills Parkway/CO-157 South, continue for 3.8 miles. Take the Table Mesa Drive/South Boulder Road ramp and turn right onto Mesa Table Drive. Turn left onto CO-93/South Broadway and continue to follow CO-93 for 17 miles. CO-93 will become US-6 East/West 6th Avenue, which you will follow for 2.2 more miles. Turn right onto Heritage Road, then stay straight to go onto West Colfax Avenue/I-70 BL West/US-40 West. Merge onto I-70 West via the ramp on the left and continue for 26.3 miles. Take the US-40 West exit- EXIT 232 - toward Empire/Granby. Stay straight to go onto CR-255, which becomes US-40. Continue through Winter Park until you reach a Safeway Foods Store, and take a left and stay to the right at the "Y" onto Fraser Parkway. Turn left at the stop sign at County Road 73, and then turn right onto County Road 50 South. Approximately 1.9 miles down the road is the property.
