Other property amenities include a ski and sports shop, 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, dry cleaning service, concierge desk, self-serve business center, meeting and banquet facilities, jogging path, bicycle trails, and covered parking. **This resort requires various minimum stays throughout the year.** **Major construction is scheduled to start in the Lionshead Village April 4, 2005, and will continue until Fall of 2007. It is possible that construction will be happening at or nearby this resort. After more than a decade of planning, this billion dollar investment will make guests stay in Vail better than ever. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Every effort will be made to accomodate guests, and guests will continue to have access to all Lionshead stores, mountain operations, restaurants, and lodging properties. These newly renovated lodge rooms have either one king or two double beds and feature approximately 360 square feet of living space. All lodge rooms include a granite bathroom with princess tub, hair dryer and bathrobes. Also featured are refrigerator and coffee maker, cable TV, telephone with data ports and voicemail, air conditioning, humidifiers, iron/ironing board, alarm clock radio and in-room safe. A daily newspaper is delivered each weekday morning.
