Location. Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, The Lodge at Vail, A Rock Resort enjoys a prime location in Vail, Colo. 174 Gore Creek Drive, Vail, Colo. From Denver International Airport: Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard and continue south for about 10 miles. Take Exit 1A / Interstate 70. Proceed west on Interstate 70 for about 108 miles. Take Exit 176 / Vail. Enter the roundabout and then take the fourth right/Vail Road. Proceed straight through the second roundabout, heading directly toward Vail Mountain on Vail Road. Vail Road becomes Gore Creek Drive. Cross the Gore Creek Bridge, and the road curves up and around to the left. The entrance gate to the lodge is on the right. Approximate driving time is two hours and distance is 118 miles. |
