The Landmark Tower offers deluxe two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodations with your comfort in mind] This property features an outdoor heated pool, two outside hot tubs, front desk services, and a ski shop on site. Guests of the Landmark Tower will also enjoy free underground heated parking for one vehicle per rental unit, laundry facilities, convenience store, and a small conference room. Landmark Tower is conveniently located just 150 yards from the Vail Eagle-Bahn Gondola and children's ski school. Shuttle service to Vail Village or Beaver Creek is within walking distance. Many shops and restaurants on Lionshead Mall are also a short walk away. **This property has various minimum night stay requirements throughout the year.** **Major construction is scheduled to start in the Lionshead Village April 4, 2005, and will continue until Fall of 2007. It is possible that construction will be happening at or nearby this resort. After more than a decade of planning, this billion dollar investment will make guests stay in Vail better than ever. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Every effort will be made to accomodate guests, and guests will continue to have access to all Lionshead stores, mountain operations, restaurants, and lodging properties. Additionally, Destination Resorts is taking advantage of the opportunity to run a special "Kidstruction Zone" for children during this time in which children will learn about different aspects of building, construction, science, design, and art.** The Landmark Tower offers spacious accommodations with a warm and inviting decor. Each two-bedroom unit has two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, private balcony with grill, spectacular mountain views, and daily housekeeping during ski season. Other amenities include cable television and VCR, wall-mounted hair dryer, direct-dial telephone and modem/data port connection, and iron and ironing board. Each kitchen includes a microwave, coffeemaker, dish/cookware, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and toaster. **Rates are based on four adults in a unit. Additional adults, not to exceed a maximum of six adults per unit, will be charged $15 per person per night. Extra adult fees are collected at check-in.**   1144208199

Driving Information

610 West Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO - From Denver International Airport: Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 West. Stay on I-70 West approximately 120 miles. Get off the main Vail Exit #176. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right to enter the roundabout. Follow the roundabout under the Interstate and get off the roundabout at Lionshead/South Frontage Road. (If you miss this road, do not back up - continue on around the roundabout and you will come back to it.) Stay on the South Frontage Road (heading West) for approximately 3/4 mile. Turn left on West Lionshead Circle, located at the base of the pedestrian bridge that crosses the Interstate. Turn left again immediately into the parking lot in front of the Landmark building and drive to the (far) end of the parking lot. Check in at the Landmark front desk. From the Eagle Airport: Take I-70 East approximately 40 miles. Get off at the main Vail Exit #176. At the end of the exit ramp, take the turn-off for Lionshead/South Frontage Road. Stay on the South Frontage Road (heading West) for approximately 3/4 mile and follow the directions above for your check-in location.
