Location. The Lodge & Spa at Cordillera is nestled in a Belgian style chateau setting high atop a privately owned mountain in Edwards, Colo. The Arrowhead Ski Resort is six miles away and Vail Village is 15 miles from the property. Airport transportation is provided for a fee and private helicopter service is available. Hotel Features. Mirador presents an extensive wine list and classic continental cuisine, including Applewood Smoked Rack of Lamb and Blue Crab Cake. The casual Chapparal features vegetarian dishes, prime aged beef and seafood served in a period “Colorado Territorial” setting.
